Shipping policy

DELIVERY COSTS
All product prices posted on the website exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be shown on finalising your order and are currently set at a flat rate of R99 (including VAT) for all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving them. This may be impacted during peak periods or by external events in which case every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Any unusual delays will be communicated to you.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
We endeavour to ensure that products will be delivered to you within 7 working days of order confirmation. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Where goods are unavailable, or out of stock, we will advise you promptly using the email address or phone number provided. Where suitable, we will offer an alternative product.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We assume no liability for orders shipped to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Additional costs relating to the re-delivery of these order will be the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY REFUSAL
If the delivery of an order is refused, all shipping costs relating to the return of such order will be for the customer's account. These charges will be applied to any refund being issued.
